Their Journey
Dr Arthur Frost is a South African-born leader with a passion to see his nation transformed by the power of God. Together with his wife, Janine, they serve as founders and senior pastors of Father’s Heart Digital Church. Their ministry journey has been marked by a steadfast commitment to teaching, leadership development, and church planting.
Church & Ministry Planting
Together they have planted three churches and continue to equip believers across the country to fulfil their God-given calling. As senior pastors of Father’s Heart, they shepherd a growing digital congregation that reaches believers across South Africa and beyond.
Educational Legacy
Dr Arthur carries a strong gift for Biblical teaching and has been involved in ministry leadership since the early 1990s. He became the youngest Dean of a Bible College in South Africa and has served in this capacity at several colleges over the years. Since 1992, he has been instrumental in running and establishing Bible colleges, planting three colleges that continue to train and equip leaders.
In 2002, he pioneered Gap Year programmes designed to give young adults a foundation in faith, leadership, and practical ministry. These programmes have shaped countless lives and continue to be a vital part of their vision for the next generation.
He is the founder and president of Generation Impact Academic Institute (GIA), which is training believers nationwide through accredited theological education—offering Bachelor’s, Master’s, and Doctorate programmes.
Academic Qualifications
Dr Arthur Frost holds a Ph.D. in Education as well as a Doctorate of Divinity (D.D.). He is also a South African bestselling author, writing resources that equip believers to grow deep and stand strong in their faith.
Daily Faithfulness
In addition to his leadership roles, Dr Arthur has faithfully led daily online communion sessions on Facebook since March 2020 , encouraging and equipping the nation with the Word of God—a testament to his commitment to consistent, practical discipleship.
Janine’s Heart
Pastor Janine, while preferring to serve behind the scenes, is a vital part of the ministry — offering prophetic insight and wisdom, prayer leadership and support, and helping to create a strong spiritual covering over everything they do. Together they model a life of faith, family, and faithful service.
Their Vision
Their heart is to see the body of Christ rise in maturity, unity, and boldness, shaping communities and influencing the spiritual climate of South Africa. They believe in a church without walls—a family where people can encounter God, grow in faith, and connect with others across the nation.
