Calling all YOUTH between the ages of 14 and 24. Come and join us for a life changing Youth Camp in April 2025. We are going to have a blast at our Youth Camp!
We promise you will never be the same again after this camp!

There will be loads of fun activities, good food, and some amazing moments with God.

Cost:
R 1,100 per person (Includes accommodation and 8 meals)
Free transport with vehicles travelling from Port Elizabeth, Cape Town & Bloemfontein (conditions apply).

I hereby agree that my child/children listed in this form may attend the Father's Heart BLAST Youth Camp from 3 to 6 April 2025 at Eksderde Camps Pretoria.

I consent to my child's/children's participation in the camp and all its activities, including any transport that my child/children may be involved in.

I understand and accept that this activity is undertaken at my child’s/children's own risk and I hereby, and on behalf of my executors, my wife/husband and my/our child/children, indemnify, hold blameless and absolve Father's Heart Digital Church and it’s staff and any other persons who might be involved in the aforesaid activity, against any claim for injury or illness that may befall my/our child and for any loss of or damage to property occurring during or arising from the aforesaid activity in the knowledge that the leader and his/her assistants will take all responsible precautions for the safety and welfare of my/our child.

I further request that the leaders act “In Loco Parentis” during the said activity. I understand that in case of accident or illness, which in the opinion of the leaders requires medical attention, the cost of this attention will be my liability.

I also give consent to use appropriate photos of my child/children for reporting back purposes, where my children consents to such use.
